Landmark Family Dental Care

Absolutely love Dr. Fantuzzo and hygienist, been coming here for years with no complaints. Recently had a bad experience as far as billing goes. I want to make it clear that the individuals I spoke with were very kind, but there was no follow through, I'm assuming out of their control. Over the summer I was told a procedure would be covered by my insurance. Not maybe covered, not partially covered, but covered. It ended up not being covered at all, resulting in almost $600. I have worked with insurance, I understand it can be confusing and convoluted, so it was a miscommunication. So I contacted my insurance company, who reiterated that they dentist office gave me incorrect information, and my insurance would not be able to cover it. I then called the billing department for landmark family

First time a dental office has treated me like a human being. The hygienist was wonderful and kind and funny. The dentist was very knowledgeable, and listened, and offered options for treatment plans, and very friendly. Been afraid of dentists for years because of judgement and mistreatment I’ve had in the past. I came in in pain and they made fixing that the priority without desperately attempting to get every penny out of me that they could (unlike another office I recently visited I won’t name that starts with an A). Absolutely recommend them for anyone.

New patient - all staff members that I interacted with, from start to finish, were amazing. Helpful and friendly - I’m glad I chose them after my prior dentist moved out of town, will definitely be staying with them for routine general dental care!

After my dentist stopped working, it took me a long time to find a Dentist I could trust. I still went every 6 months for cleanings but I would not see the dentist at a different office. Then I found Donald A Fantuzzo, DDS. I trust him and even on my last appointment, I told him that I didn't let just anybody put their hands in my mouth. That is a great compliment to this Dentist! I was so relieved to find a good Dentist. He is a quirky funny guy. I look forward to seeing him. I really like this dentist and I am thankful for his humor, demeanor, professionalism and his talent as a dentist. I'm so glad I found him. Thoroughly impressed with this dental office in every aspect! I came in with an urgent dental issue on my first appointment and have been cared for incredibly from that first encounter and onward. The office team provide fantastic assistance, the dental assitants are so skilled and kind, and Dr. Fantuzzo handled what could have been an extremely painful procedure with exemplary care, gentleness, and precision.
