The Landeros and Associates office took me in, after having a good chunk of my tooth come off. They were so sweet to listen to my “walk-in” plea, as I asked for help. (My wife is a patient there.) It was mid-afternoon, and they saw me right away. Sherri helped me out, followed by Dr. Landeros. They were professional, efficient, and found me a time slot to come in first thing the next morning for my treatment. Even with heavy-duty oral surgery, Dr. Peak did an amazing job! Recently moved to Santa Rosa and had a dental emergency with filling that fell out. Dr Landeros's office was able to fit me in the same day I called . Wasn't sure what to expect since I have had bad dental experiences in the past and tend to be anxious about dental procedures. I was blown away at how kind and caring they were, how gentle Dr Landeros was and how easy the procedure was. Normally in the past, after any dental procedure, I would have tremendous mouth pain when the novocaine wore off. This time, I had no pain anywhere and even the injection was relatively painless. Will be going back for regular visits. Cost was reasonable. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

So over this place. 600$ night guard that was so bent it wouldn’t even stay in mouth, done by someone in training. Told them they didn’t fit when test fitting, just to be sent away and told to try them anyways or they would have to scan my mouth at another appointment date. Can’t get refund and have to wait months for appointment to even meet with dentist who can Inspect the retainers to schedule the follow up appointment to fix them. Also fyi, if you’ve had to reschedule twice with them, then 5 minutes late they’re billing you, they’re also billing you if you reschedule within 24 hours of appointment, and if you cancel a Monday appointment the Friday before, they’re still billing you. The last interaction I had with their receptionist left a sour taste in my mouth, with the way that I was treated because she “thought” I didn’t have health insurance. She was very rude and while I was on the phone working to resolve the health insurance miscommunication, she threatened to charge me out of pocket for my visit for taking up their time. She turned a small problem into an extremely stressful situation with her lack of help and desire to escalate the situation. I have been a customer of theirs for years, very disappointed with how they allow their long term clients to be treated.

Recently switched to this office and couldn’t be happier I did, everyone here is so friendly and the level of care and attention to detail is better than any other dentist I’ve ever been to (I’m 43) The doctor is personable and has a light touch, not rough - you can tell he really cares about his patients. My hygienist who did the cleaning was also super friendly, asked me questions about my life and shared about hers and her family. The cleaning was very thorough but there was no pain, she took the time to carefully clean my mouth without just carelessly jabbing instruments in every direction like some I’ve experienced in the past.
