Land Sea & Air Medical

I have been coming here for years to get my DOT Medical. The staff are professional, courteous, and dynamic. It's a busy office, but I'm in and out in under an hour; of course it helps to be prepared, and on time, for your appointment.

The people here are incredibly racist! There was an overweight blonde woman there when I went a bit early for a drug test and instead of telling me "Hey we don't open until X-time." she rushed in when I was coming back around the corner to head to my car. Then she stood there and stared me down like I was going to do something. This place is I credibly unprofessional and I recommend you go somewhere else for drug screenings or any medical checks for that matter. Never going to this site again.

The people are so sweet. The nurses and assistants were awesome and attentive. They offered me water or coffee and I will definitely be back. I came in not so feeling good and I left in such a good mood. The best doctors office in long island NY

Lost my DOT medical card . Walked in & asked if they could replace it . Had to grab cash since it was $10 for a new one but once I paid I was on my way . Easy process & they were accommodating

Extremely efficient and professional indeed, but what I think is most important is how serious and professional they take their mission in the process to be. I was actually taken back by their knowledge, care and concern even over my small case. I am thankful they took the time to get to know me and my situation and assist me in working towards a solution.
