If I could I would put 0 stars!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous I call in the morning to make a appointment for my son I get one spot available and get told to call back to confirm I will be coming in, once I confirm my husband can take him I immediately call back not even 5 min later to try and let them know and get put on hold for 55 minutes!!!!!! At the same time I had a friend call to see if I can get through and she’s on hold for 30min!!!!!!! Once my husband get to the office he’s being told that they can’t accept to see my son because I never called back! How am I suppose to confirm if absolutely nobody is answering!!!!! I’m sooooo disappointed!!!!

Called the office as a new patient and after a few calls (no answer) and a voicemail, I called again only to speak to a super rude front desk lady. I literally never leave reviews but her customer service was terrible, was rude and so uninviting and snappy—will request insurance to change office. Don’t wanna go here at all and this office should get it together and have kind and sympathetic people answering the phone.

I've been taking both of my kids here for years and I love it! Everyone who works there is nice and helpful. I especially like that it's easy to get an appointment usually the same week you call.

Staff are kind. The only issue I have is that I always get the voicemail even during business hours. How am I supposed to schedule or ask a medical question regarding my child if the phone is off during business hours. This has been my daughter’s pediatric office since she was born, so for 2 years this has been an on going issue. Also I keep getting billing statements although I have paid over the phone and provided invoice numbers. I’ve been told to just ignore the statements? The location is convenient for me although the parking is not. I’m highly considering finding a new office for my child since I can’t reach anybody to get any appointment. Very disappointing.

We were seen right on time, and Christine the NP was wonderful, kind, thorough, and answered all my questions. Best pediatric visit we’ve had! Highly recommend.
