Lancaster Urgent Care

First time there, front desk were very nice and friendly. During the exam, the medical staff was professional and very patient with my 2 year old. Practitioner was understanding and very calm aura. Will be back for his follow up soon. Will be recommending this facility. Thank you, guys for being awesome!

I had a great experience In this urgent care , starting with the front desk who in details ran my daughter's insurance and explained in details what was going to be charged up front. Then back to the nurse practitioner who examined my daughter and diagnosed her instantly..ran a couple and test and we were on our way out. Absolutely loved this place and I'm so grateful they really treated us with respect and the NP was amazing .

We have been going to this urgent care for the last 2 years for our whole family and we have been getting great service. But today, we brought in our sick toddler but all I heard was this Crystal or Kristal NP will NOT and CANNOT do anything for my baby who is sick. First of all, she won't do any vitals herself to confirm that my daughter has a fever when I specifically told her you check yourself if you won't believe us that she has a fever because the way she interrogated us like we don't take care of our daughter. I even asked her to do a rectal temp and she immediately said NO. I asked her to do labs or swab for rsv, flu or COVID but she refused bec she said, "let's say she's positive, then what?". I was like I need to know if she has some kind of infection. And take note, we paid $120

This place is great. They are fast, really nice, and make coming into urgent care so much less stressful. Update a week later: last week I brought my son in because he was super sick. They were amazing. Fast forward to today, my husband and I went in because we were now pretty sick. The wait was all of the time it took them to sign us in, they took us both back at once, and they were beyond amazing again. These doctors actually listen. They hear you and do what is going to be best and most comfortable for your needs. No one knows your body better than you, and they understand that.

This place was amazing. I went in with a lot of pain. Quick service and all the ladies were so sweet and accommodating. The doctor was fantastic and explained everything to me. even had problems with my pharmacy and called and immediately got a response and made sure they got my medicine as soon as possible despite the pharmacies mishandling. Definetly will go for all my urgent care needs
