I really enjoyed the time here everyone went out of their way to help me get better. It is very organized, clean and the C.N.A.s really went out of their way to take care of you. The Physical therapist were helped so much. The Medical Nurse we're very concerned & patience. Housekeeping made sure all was cleaned ,they even had a laundry place. The food was very good. I can't put everyone down ,I just want to thank all of you for all the help getting me back to getting better. Thanks Linda Hegel Love you all

My grandfather is here. I see him on a regular basis and I ask him if there are any problems, does he get help when he asks, does anybody yell at him or abuse him in any way. He loves it here. Says they are always there when he needs help and they are always nice and respectful. He is happy with the care is is getting.

I wish that I could give this place negative stars. The supervisor, Charlene, is unprofessional and incompetent of her title. She released my dad without contacting any of his family and now we have now idea where he is at. When asked about the situation, she talked to my family as if it was our fault. We trusted this facility with my dad's care and they failed us. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CARELESS STAFF THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN

Horrible place to stay or visit,if i could id give it a negative one or zero. Some friendly staff of course some HORRIBLE N VERY CHILDISH!! Don't go here if u can avoid it, can't wait to leave! Watch your loved ones at home if possible that's practically what they do here.
