I actually had the opportunity to start going to Lancaster Penn or Lancaster General Health Care on Cornwall Road and I have two of the in my opinion the best doctors I have ever dealt with and that's Dr Shoe and DR Weinstein and as for the medical staff, I never imagined how a team of medical personnel that would literally make me feel like I was worth something to them. From Dr Shoe and DR Weinstein to all the nurses and receptionists. I never felt like I was worth caring about and there professionalism is top notch in my eyes and being an observation specialist I never see any of them walking around talking on their cellphones other than if it's for medical reasons and advice. I arrived at the hospital around 2:30 PM. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t have to wait long — only about 20–30 minutes in total, even though I didn’t have an appointment. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming, and I’m truly grateful for the way both the staff and doctors treated me. I highly recommend this place.”

I never leave reviews but I went here 3 times for my daughter and they are very fast and caring the ladies at the front desk are great as well as nurses and the doctor Michael, excellent staff!

This place is a clear example of why concierge medicine is the thing of the future. I saw Allison Lloyd, a PA at this location. I expressed my concerns and what is important to me in my recovery plan. It was if she didn’t listen to a single word I said and prescribed the basic solution to a more complex problem. The clients goals and urgency of recovery should mean something. Some individuals don’t have the time or ability to wait for the problem to correct and are willing to accept a small degree of risk to fix an issue that is important to them. Instead, the PA followed her textbook without listen to the patient. Sad. I would recommend going elsewhere if needing care.
