Love Colleen the new NP - would follow her anywhere. Truly cares about the kids and refers when necessary. When you call you speak to a human not a machine and you can talk to a Dr between 8-9am M-F. My kids are sick a lot and we always can get in same day.

I saw Dr. Davis from adolescence until I was 19 years old and all she ever did was blame any and all symptoms on being a teenage girl. I then found out at 22 I have thyroid cancer that had spread all over my neck and in many lymph nodes. My parents always pushed for thyroid testing to be done because my mom had a history of thyroid problems and the doctors dismissed anything she ever said. I went there today to get a certified copy of my medical records which are my property and they refused. I then asked to have an entire copy sent to my new primary doctor and they refused again. Both of these actions are illegal and I have filed a formal complaint to the health department. My primary doctor also informed me that these actions are illegal and they are basically holding my records hostage

The medical assistants at this practice are convinced that they are doctors. They are quick to charge your deductibles but will argue with a parent attempting to seek medical attention for their children. My son was stung in the face and his eye was swollen shut. I had to care for him at home after a visit to urgent care because an individual could not be inconvenienced with the simple task of doing their job and scheduling an appointment. Update It's been WEEKS and the front office staff are still hanging up the phone refusing to send my kids' medical records to their new pediatricians office. They have made it obvious that this place runs on the funds they receive from fraudulently overcharging our insurance in order to keep their incompetent staff employed. The Dr's won't respond or add

Most important thing is you won’t have to wait on the phone or in the waiting room. You can count on seeing your doctor and count on them calling you right back after hours. Never had a problem with the staff. I am floored they aren’t rated higher because they are worlds better than our previous pedestrian. It might just be hard to find the perfect scenario and you aren’t going to satisfy every parent (our last pedestrian dropped in ratings too). Seems the consensus is Dr. Rabice is universally loved, and he even recommended things our last doctor didn’t. They even tracked our child’s development better. I would describe Dr. Davis and Terranova as no-nonsense. They examine and get you on your way, which I am fine with.

Pulling my kids. Every review is correct, the front staff are always nasty. The last straw was printing their immunization records to find they unknowingly injected my kids with the flu shot. I have never given my kids the flu shot, I have always said no, and come to find out they did it behind my back. Spoke with the Dr who just kept saying I must have said yes. No bone in my body would say yes. Absolutely disgusting, all to make $1. I'm looking into legal action because this is disgusting. To top it off their old office did this as well. Apparently I have to check the syringes before they get a vaccine. I'm left with no faith or trust in the medical field
