The staff is very helpful, they were straight to the point and they have clear instructions/communication. They are quick at signing people into their appointments; and making things go as fast and efficiently as possible. The dentists and the assistants were fun to interact with and it was an all around great experience.

The staff is great!! However, after the assessment and we discussed treatment plan Angela (I’m assuming the insurance coordinator) ranked up the bill to almost 3x more the amount of my insurance benefits!! For example for D2750 she was charging me $390 however, my EOC for my insurance noted $150!! My total treatment plan that Angela calculated was about $3500!! But I contacted my insurance and they informed me thats incorrect they’re up-charging and my cost should be about $1450!! I am assuming they do this with other patients too and get away with this!! This is ridiculous!! Look elsewhere!! If your office follows the insurance coverage fees then why would they agree that your fees are incorrect and your office is up charging?! First time at Lancaster Dental Care and I must say, the experience was very pleasant. I explained my terrible gag reflex and all the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and did things as speedily as possible. Best visit to a dentist that I’ve had in a long time. If you are looking for a local, friendly dentist then I highly recommend Lancaster Dental Care.

I would not recommend anyone to pay in advance. The reason I’m saying this I had an emergency and asked for my refund immediately refused to give it back. It’s been 31 days and I was told that I would receive it in 30 days still have not received i also was told one price for the work that would be done and once I got different insurance, the price was raised from the price that was given to me. I had gotten better insurance so I could get the price down from what was told to me, but when I called and let them know that I had different insurance, they decided to raise the price of what they had given me and said it was an upgrade without speaking to me

Came in for a checkup for the first time at this office and was met by a nice doctor and friendly staff. The office has a hygienist that was what I was hoping for and did a good job cleaning my teeth. Nice office and staff.
