I started my Carpal Tunnel journey in June of 2023. I went to a traditional hand surgeon who did steroid injections in my wrists with no relief of my symptoms. I tried some holistic things and tried everything I could to avoid surgery with no avail. I decided to give LPTSR a chance in April 2024, the day I was supposed to have surgery on my right hand. It took several months and all the therapists throwing all the things at me while I tried to do what I could at home. After stopping therapy in December 2024,I figured most of the symptoms would return and I'd be back to square one. But it's been now at least 2 months since I've been to therapy and I'm holding steady, definitely not back 100%, but it's holding at at least 75% better than I was before. Thank you to Dr. Joshua Freitag and his team, I was able to regain function and decrease pain. He always had a plan during each session, and I was sent home with a plan to improve and maintain recovery. Taylor was so easy to work with, and it seemed as if she'd known me for years. She and Kristin worked together to change schedules and coordinate with insurance with ease. How can I forget the amazing PT techs. Each one made sure I was comfortable and understood each exercise. They had great communication with each other and Dr. Freitag. Thanks again guys.
