Lakewood Surgery Center

I went for a procedure today at this facility. From the time you walk in, you are treated with kindness and respect. The staff: physicians, nurses, front desk were all terrific. The facility is clean and well organized. It was a great experience. They should all be so proud of the care they give. Thank you!

The staff here are fantastic! They are very friendly and accommodating. Big thank you to Vanessa and Tina in PACU. For the great after care. And thank you to Julianna in pre-op for not using my full government 😂

Had a procedure this past Tuesday 1/21/25 I was beside myself with nerves. These nurses and girls are very personable and kind, went out of their way to comfort and calm. me down...so thank you to nurse Rice, nurse Brown and my post op nurse Vanessa, you girls are awesome and my sincere thanks to all of you...

Money hungry people here. As soon as I was Scheduled to get injection billing is on the phone demanding a $340.00 copay the night before procedure. Just for an injection. Also waited 5 weeks No compassion about the pain I'm in. And I have full coverage with my insurance. They just interested in the money they make off of you. I didn't trust them and canceled

I highly recommend this place. They all are so very personable and genuine. They all make you feel comfortable. The lady at the front desk, the nurses and doctors all made me feel like I have known them for years. I was so nervous walking in there not knowing what to expect but they told me they would take good care of me and they kept their word. They do the best they can for their patients. If I could give more than five stars I surely would. Thankyou to all the staff.
