The absolute most caring and genuine team I’ve ever worked with. Our Residents come first everyday.

It's trash, they treat these people like trash. I pulled my mom out of there. They don't clean the shower after they shower each person in the same one shower. They don't care. They yell at elderly people. Very disrespectful to the elderly folks there. They ignore there request for help. It's just plain trash... They need to be shut down!

The facility smells clean and looks clean when walking in. The staff is so friendly and very helpful, residents are happy and always participating in activities. The department heads are the best I've ever delt with. I will highly recommend this facility to anyone anytime hands down.

I seriously cannot believe this place doesn’t have more positive reviews. The staff here are AMAZING thank you Kyle, Andrea, the other female administrator, and definitely the other male nurse of my grandpas who works days. So sorry I can’t remember y’all’s names but thank you all!!!!! This place is great. My grandfather raised me and has always been the most important person in my life. So when he fell and broke his hip it was very important to me to get him into a rehab where he was treated with respect. The entire team here went above and beyond. They were very understanding and patient with him and I just cannot say enough about this place and I highly recommend it to anyone who is in need of rehabilitation or long term care. THANK YOU LAKESIDE!!
