Tremendous customer service by the staff at Lakeside Pharmacy. I had only been out of my dermatologist appointment for maybe an hour & received a call about the prescription that was sent in (I missed the call) but the nicest person (Janaya- don’t think that’s the correct name, sorry) called me back right at 5:00- even though they were officially closed. She was so helpful , efficient, & knowledgeable. Thank you!

From start to finish, she was incredibly attentive, professional, and knowledgeable — especially when it came to explaining everything about the compression socks. Ive been using them for a couple years. Really, really great customer service. Pharmacy is a tough business too as you have insurance, doctors and patients involved, but they execute really well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a pharmacy.

They're the only place I can find Ryaltris, which, is like the BEST prescription nasal spray-EVER!! But, Lakeside Pharmacy, has been so nice and easy to work with, and their delivery is SUPER! They have on-line, as well as, over the phone customer service-both of which are secure and user-friendly.
