Dr. Catherine Naber has been my primary for a little over 18 months now and I feel like she is very thorough with her office visits. However I do feel there is a disconnect with a good understanding of her patients needs. I’ve personally had over 11 orthopedic surgeries on my hips, back, pelvis, and heel. She referred a pain management clinic to me to help cope with the pain. I was disappointed when I went in further appointment and the pain specialist had never heard of her. I felt like this was just a local doctor that she referred without any understanding of his work. I was extremely disappointed in her referral in this department. Waited a month for an appointment. They checked and double check my insurance was accepted. But It wasn't accepted as it turns out. I never got my appointment. I guess I'll wait another month to see a different doctor. My mental health can wait right? Pathetic establishment. Your receptionist should be fired. Thanks for being a dependable hometown practice......

I have been seeing Dr. Hartz as well as treating many of his patients in my physical therapy practice in Oxford for the past 12 years.. As a patient, I have received nothing but exceptional care from the front desk to the entire medical staff. As a healthcare provider for his patients, I have always had support and open communication from Dr. Hartz and his office. He is a wonderful family doctor in a small town and a terrific person with whom I consider a friend.

Let me start by saying I'm not one who enjoys doctor visits. The fact that the girl upfront remembered me after a very serious phone call that they recommended a hospital vist for then made room for me day after to come in was next level customer care. I sat with a new doctor to me (Dr.Cambell) who took the time to understand my chart and my medical needs. I'm a work in progress but I feel confident that the proper care is being taken.

I have bean seeing Dr. Hartz since I can remember. I'm 32 now so the good doctor has bean taking care of me for more than 3/4 of my life. He has never led me astray. I've never felt that he was not giving me his undivided attention. He always made me feel like I was his only patient. Except when I was there with my big brother as a kid. There is no better family doctor out there. Flat out hands down the the best. I'll miss you Doc. Thank you for taking such good care of me.
