I have had massages from Erica for years now and if I could I would get one every single month! I honestly never want my time to be up because it is so relaxing. She is hands down one of the very best there is and I would recommend her to anyone and I promise you will not regret it🙌

I’ve been going to Erica for years and the experience is nothing short of spectacular with each session. It doesn’t matter if I’m seeing her for a relaxing visit or for my frequent tension headaches, I leave her office feeling like a new person. The environment is soothing, warm, and perfect if you’re one that likes to catch a little sleep eye during your massage. I was new to the floor stretching and foot technique but it’s now an add-on with each session. Both gals massaging in this office are fabulous not to mention the whole facility has even more perks to check out while you’re there.

We all age, and that is inevitable. I was waking up with more aches and pains. I tried different attempts to help myself and found Erica and Madison at Lakeside Massage and Bodywork in Panora, Iowa. I've been able to find relief with both therapists and each are knowledgeable, helpful, caring, compassionate and strong in their field of massage. I entered the sessions in pain and was able to leave the sessions with a decrease in my pain level. Now I am going more for maintenance to keep my body from screaming at me as my results are lasting longer.

It is always a good massage with Erica! I am 2-hour girl. The first hour for stretching the second hour for massage.
