Lakeside Family Medicine

Covid ruined this place. Every time I try to make an appointment now. It is 2 months before you can see a doctor. I called because my 80 mother was sick and they wanted me to wait six days for a video chat with a nurse. I guess I am going to have to look for another doctors office even though I have been going to Lakeside since I was teenager. After Doctor Daisley left I feel like they quit caring about their patients. My mom developed Alzheimers a couple years ago, and they have done nothing to help guide me in her treatment. Honestly I have never felt mire alone when it comes to our Healthcare. Its a shame.

The doctors and nurses are absolutely great! But one of the office staff go out of their way to make your life more difficult. From appointments to refills she will go out of her way to cause you trouble. I ( and most of my family ) actually changed doctors and offices, after going to the same office for over 15 years to get away from one of the most ignorant, rude and childish receptionists I’ve ever met.

Came in for groin pain and concern. Was given blood work and a urine test. I was not examined for anything that had to do with what I came in for. Waste of time and money and still have pain and concern

I've been going to the Doctor's here for over 20 years now the staff is warm and friendly and Dr Daisley is the best.
