Lakeside Family Dentistry

Had my normal check up and Dr Mike asked how things were going. The usual - kids, family, work, getting a few workouts in, Church - but sleep had been an issue. I wear a Garmin and my sleep scores, heart rate and breathing have been less than impressive scores. I asked if he did mouth guards or anything like that - saw online, like that will just fix my snoring…. Dr Mike asked if I had 10 min. He walked me through Solea Sleep. He has used the Solea before and I loved it - another reason I’ll be a patient of his forever. He walked me through why it could do. I agreed and booked the appointment to get it done.
