Lakeside Family Dentistry is truly AMAZING! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel so welcomed and taken care of. They are friendly, professional, and make the entire process so smooth and stress free. A special thank you to Yari, the office manager she is incredible! So attentive, organized, and genuinely caring. You can tell she really makes sure everything runs perfectly and that patients feel valued. And Dr. Edina Penland… WOW. I am honestly in awe of her. She is kind, gentle, knowledgeable, and truly wonderful at what she does. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was completely comfortable. It was my first visit at this Dental office and I will say that I’m glad I chose them. Great people, great atmosphere, friendly and very attentive about you and your teeth. They were very professional and knowledgeable as well. Thank you for being the best at what you do. My only regret is that I didn’t choose them sooner.

My first impression of staff was very good and engaging. There were no "sour faces" of employees taken up by their phones or just counting hours. I felt more comfortable after speaking with the Dr. once I expressed my concercns. Unlike a robotic, script- reading corporate practice, the atmosphere was night & day, open, detailed, up-front and a genuine concern for my problem.

Had an issue with a crown. The awesome ladies up front worked me in the same day! The care I received was excellent. Dr Pendland has an excellent, couteous, attentive staff and did an excellent job. Thank you Dr and staff, your #1!
