Courteous and helpful staff. Reasonably short wait. Clean and organized environment. Doctor who listens first before sharing opinions, recommendations, orders, etc. in a manner that I can understand.

I always have a great experience with Dr. Reddy. She is kind, compassionate, and really takes time with you. But today, I also want to shout out Olivia from the front desk. There was an older gentleman in the lobby who was waiting for his wife, and he clearly had some memory issues. Olivia asked him about his life, Listened to his stories, really engaged with him, and kept him occupied while his wife was receiving care. It was truly magical to watch her, Olivia, thank you for your care of that gentlemen, he was lucky you were there today!

Vanessa has always been so sweet and helpful. She took her time to answer my questions and not rush me. She is great with any follow up when and returning my phone calls. Great service and love seeing her smile everything I come in. Our family loved going to Dr. Reddy. She is very knowledgeable and takes time to talk to us and answer any questions. She is always on top of me with my health and my families health. She is the best Primary Doctor we have ever had.

When I walk through the door to your office, I’m greeted with a smile and acknowledgement. I feel that the office staff is genuinely pleased to see me. Vanessa who can multitask with no stress can be on the phone with a patient and can direct her co workers to do their job…..all at the same time. She is a wonderful asset to your office. Cathy who is the office manager overseas the running of the entire office. She knows her people and their capabilities. As a regular patient, I enjoy my visits thanks to Cathy, Vanessa, Gloria, Olivia, Kelly and Jonathan. You have quite a crew at the Thousand Oaks Regal Lakeside office. Kathryn Sandor

I was lucky enough to meet Mrs. Sheena Williams such a nice and knowledgeable person from lakeside, regal , which is a nutritionist dietitian very kind with a positive energy and willingness to help. I am very excited to meet her on coming Monday and get advice , and how I can manage my nutrition to live a healthier life.
