I can’t say enough positive things about Lakeshore Post Acute and Rehabilitation Center. The team here goes above and beyond to provide compassionate, high-quality care to every resident. Leadership is very engaged and supportive, and it’s clear that residents are genuinely cared for both physically and emotionally. I highly recommend Lakeshore Post Acute and Rehabilitation Center.

When you enter Lakeshore Post Acute you immediately feel welcome. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and engaging and the residents appear happy and well cared for. They have excellent therapy and activity programs as well!

Amazing Admin and DON! From the nursing team, to therapy, to dietary and housekeeping, they run a tight ship and have amazing outcomes! The building is beautiful and the staff are top notch.

First of all, my thanks to the PT staff, Matt, Vanessa and Miranda. Also the OT staff, Kenzie and Brandi. William, Dana,Kelly and Steve.There are more but names elude me. The cleaning and maintenance staff also. They were so nice and friendly. The building is older but was kept clean. I was there for the rehabilitation part. My experience was one of feeling lost in not knowing procedures. I came in on a Friday and my pain meds from a hip replacement were not gotten until the following Monday. The room was cold and they got the heat on finally.
