I just want to say that Lisa Gonzalez is amazing. She went the extra mile for me to find out some questions that i had about my insurance coverage and then she call me back to explain everything for me and also helped me to get a quick appointment. She's is very nice and friendly. She's a real professional. I really appreciate her. Thank you.

Do not come to this place. Beautiful office but that’s it. My son’s appointment was at 3 pm it is 4:51 pm and still waiting. There’s people than come after us however there’s answer us that there’s different technicians. Sorry but if you schedule and appointment at certain time respect peoples time do not make them wait 2 plus hours for a test. But as soon as we arrived they charged us the copay.

Waiting time is a bit uncomfortable with hard chairs, No coffee machine or complimentary coffee for the morning long wait time staff is friendly, and parking gets full after 9 am. Take a jacket , it's chilly.

Unfortunately, they often over booked appointments, and take walk ins! The wait is endless! My appointment was a 1:15pm and 2 1/2 hours later I’m still waiting! This is not the first time! They choose profit over patient comfort!!!!

Super disrespectful about your time. If they told you it would be 2 hours I wouldn't mind so I could do something and come back but that's not what they do they just have you sitting there like they don't really care. I think I call you 15 to 20 minutes prior but no...just for hours.
