I’ve visited this urgent care a few times now and each experience has been great. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes before being taken to an exam room. The providers here do a good job of actually listening to concerns and explaining treatments. Highly recommend!

Very good experience with Pablos Radiology Department. Everyone was super professional and friendly, especially when you are there for some concerns. The Ladies at the check in desk and the one guy absolutely great and personable. Ladies CT Scan the best!

Worse clinic ever . Bad customer service and endocrinologist department use to be good but loosing too many providers it’s not great for business . Been dealing with health issues and they want me to go without medication until December due lack of availability. That’s not a great health facility when it comes to that point . Feel bad for other patients. Filling a complaint with the insurance .

The care team is great. The doctors are smart and for the most part they are punctual. HOWEVER, their billing policies are a NIGHTMARE. They force you to pay their “estimate” up front which always ends up being way more than the actual cost and they refuse to give you a refund if you have any other claims (even unrelated) ones still processing or if you have any other claims appointment. If you’re going to charge people on the date of service, you should refund them when they overpay, no questions asked.

If I’m honest I would not recommend. They are not able to do any scans or blood work as most other urgent cares. And it was surprising, since they are a pretty new facility. NP Flowers just did the basic touch points on the abdomen check, then said wait 5-6 hours for a scan or go to ER. Not very helpful and wasted my urgent care visit for the day. I was forced to go to ER, due to insurance limitations, I could not easily go to another urgent care same day. Very disappointing visit to that campus.
