It’s been 6 days, and I’m still here in the hospital — but I got the best one: the best group of nurses, Maya, Cassidy, Olivia, Angela, Shyane, Edwin, and Avery — grateful every day for your care. 💛 an excellent Dr.Vivian Loveday, an amazing team of interns Dr.Maria Correa, the best care, and even the best food. 💫 Marie, room B6110b 🪷🛋️

My daughter was treated so well at Urgent Care for Watson Clinic and EMS through transport to LRMC. However, ER nurses at LRMC are not the friendliest or act like they care. My daughter needed to use the restroom and requested a wheelchair, the nurse stated they didn’t have one right here. I told her my daughter fainted twice, one of the reasons we were there. She looked at me and stated that it was a far walk to get one, basically she wasn’t going. She then found one right outside the room and said it must be her lucky day! I was completely appalled at this behavior. When discharged, nurse gave paperwork and nothing else. She did not ask if a wheelchair was needed or anything else. No answers!! My encounter with Lakeland Regional Hospital these past two days: I have to give this experience 5 stars. The experience from the security guard in the ER entrance, the ER nurses working from 12/30/25 8am to 3:30 pm., the radiology staff in the endoscopy area working 12/31/25 from 8:30 to 11 am. , specifically Mitch, Paulette, Andrea, even the cleaning staff, the ladies just working in the area, the nurses that attended RoomB8103 from 12/30/25 3:30 pm to 12/31/25 3:30 pm. Every single encounter was full of kindness and concern and went out of their way to make my husband and i feel comfortable and safe. My goodness, even when I went to the cafeteria to get a snack a young male hospital employee offered to pay for my snack. I was so touched by this random act of kindness I had to pay

Dr. John did knee surgery on my right knee on January 8th and it was a major success. My road to recovery was very good because he was always there to answer my questions. Dr. John is the kind of Dr. that listens to what you have to say. You can always ask questions and he always has an answer for you. He always has a bright smile that brightens your day. He is a great Dr. and we are very fortunate to have him on the staff at Lakeland Regional Health. If I ever need any more surgery he will certainly be my Dr.

I want to give my love and acknowledgment to all the doctors and nurses this following week. How they handled a very critical and time sensitive situation with so much grace and support. We were well treated bedside manner was like no other. We did not have one bad encounter. You are all blessings and we thank you all. ICU 3C the best hands down. Mr Patterson thank you
