Lakeland Pharmacy

Some people are very inconsiderate and rude. I called Saturday morning prescription was ready to pick up so I went directly there to the pharmacy. Upon arrival the extra prescriptions which I did not order were there along with my pain medications and I was told that I could not have my pain medicine unless I got the rest of the medications too. That's very inconsiderate considering my doctor's office called them the day before and make sure I could get my pain medicine. I do not recommend them at all at this time.

Look idk what crawled up lakeland pharmacys butt. I was there today to pick up my medication. They denied me because my signature was illegible I couldve put my ID next to it and it would have been the same they denied my signature twice. Now i might be wrong but im pretty sure the definition of signature is "the same way everytime" meaning it dosent matter if its legible or not it is the same way on my ID. Almost felt like discrimination because i have bad handwriting.

Lakeland Pharmacy #4 in Forsyth, Mo is wonderful to help with our prescription needs. Always kind, helpful and friendly. My Optometrist had a need to call them and spoke to Kate one of the pharmacists about my medication. He said she was wonderful in helping him. He felt the same thing Pat & I love about our pharmacy - hometown kindness and quality service without going through 3 prompts to get a person. We highly recommend Lakeland Pharmacy Forsyth, Mo.

I'm a new customer to Forsyth Lakeland Pharmacy and very pleased with their services. There were a handful of good folks working and I received a pleasant greeting or warm smile from each and everyone of them. My prescriptions were ready when I got there and I was out the door in the blink of an eye. GIT R DONE!!! Thank you, Matt Grindle

Use to get text messages regarding my perscription (when to order and then when to pick them up!) Not anymore! I don't know if it is due to new employees or what, but I don't like it!
