Pros: The walk in clinic doctors and nurses are very professional and helpful. Cons: The wait times are beyond atrocious and the website that lists wait times is a complete lie. Expect to wait two plus hours (or more) even at off times. Advice: if you can make it to the Niles or Watervliet walk in clinics, the wait time is far less generally and you get the same great service from the doctors and nurses.

The walk-in clinic it's open until the last patient is taken care of. You may wait, but not turned away unless you show up after 8pm m-f. The staff was friendly all 3 times I've gone, and the facility is clean. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I don’t know what to say but this is one of 2 walk in clinics in the area and they have a sign saying they are open from 7am to 1pm. 6 hours in which the greater population is working. And the other half is normally sleeping.

Super long wait times, upwards of about 2 hours or more. So if you need something done here, either come in super early or expect a simple visit to take up an entire day.

Horrible, pay the extra 50 and go to the e.r, walk-in clinic takes atleast 4 hours if your lucky, regardless of the time of day.
