Lakeland Animal Hospital

We visited the newly opened Lakeland Animal Hospital today for our pup’s annual. Dr. Seratt didn’t miss a beat! She’s kind and patient, and takes her time making sure nothing is overlooked. We’ve been with Dr. Seratt for over 15 years, and will absolutely recommend her and her brand new clinic to anyone in search of a compassionate veterinarian. Everyone was so kind, from the front desk to the vet techs. If you’re looking for a vet clinic that has your animal’s best interest at heart, look no further :)

Finally the wait is over! I took my cat for a checkup/shots and it was so good to see Dr. Serrat again. My baby is a nervous mess at the vet and Dr. Serrat was so patient and gentle with my girl. It’s important to note that this office is a Fear Free clinic! So when my cat was absolutely not going to cooperate for a blood draw, the amazing doctor didn’t hesitate to immediately stop the discomfort and set up a plan with me to bring her back another day after she’s had some anxiety meds beforehand. All of the staff are incredible too! Thank you Miss Camille and lovely tech Brittany! We will definitely be back soon to get that blood work done.
