I really hate to leave this review, but people deserve to know. I hope you do not book through Groupon or anything else. This place does not seem to exist. You cannot get an appointment at all. No answer to my phone calls or emails...

Jessica and her hands are miracle workers! She worked through a lot of scar tissue in my neck, shoulders and back due from an auto accident that I was involved in 41 years ago. It was so wonderful to get relief from pain that I live with on a daily basis. I look forward to a return massage therapy appointment for continued healing. Thank you so much, Jessica!

I have never written a bad review, as I understand how important they are to small businesses. Still, when I learned that canceling appointments, being non-responsive, and people buying gift certificates and Groupons they can't redeem happened to more than just me, I felt compelled. I purchased a gift certificate for a loved one for Christmas. He took the day off for the massage, and she didn't show up or respond to texts or messages on the website. Two days later, she finally answered that she had texted him, but had not. He could not reschedule online because he had already made a down payment, and she had been unresponsive for weeks due to multiple messages on her website and texts. As a runner and fitness instructor, I feel constant tightness in my legs and upper back. Jessica was absolutely fantastic at listening to my needs and working out my problem areas. Would definitely recommend!
