Lake Urgent Care - Walker

Cant remember the drs name, but she gave me incorrect advice for my ear infection. Was kind of rude when i told her how the antibiotics were treating me. Only advice she gave me was to do a netti pot and “tough it out”. So i bought a netti pot for 13$ and wasted money bc the package specifically stated “Do not use if you have an ear infection”. I read online as well to see if i should any way and was strongly adviced that it could make my ear infection much worse. Not very happy that I paid a $50 copay to talk to the dr for less than 5 mins, she barely looked at my ear, was rude, and gave me inaccurate advice.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place! From the first person I saw at the front desk to the people who took my temperature and blood pressure and the nurse practitioner who saw me and treated me. Everybody was friendly, kind, and super sweet! I went in there feeling horrible, but y’all gave me a lot of love and good service and I’m already starting to feel better today. Thank y’all so much! Highly recommended!

This place is fantastic. The lady @ check in was helpful & nice. The place was decorated for Halloween it was really cute. It's super clean & comfortable. It had a little kids zone which, is helpful. Went to the back, the ladies listened & took their time. I believe they genuinely care about the patients that come into this facility.

Everyone was professional and friendly. The doctor or nurse practitioner was absolutely the best. She has such a great bedside manner.

Doctor didn't listen to me. Took three weeks to find out I had tonsillitis. I can't believe people go there. Lady of the Lake, as a whole, will let you down. Doesn't matter who you call THEY DO NOT CARE .
