The receptionist at the front desk was extremely rude! The receptionist had no sympathy. She needs to be re trained on manners and how to treat people with respect. The Doctor and nurses staff was patient, kind, and granted my medical requests.

I went to the Perkins location for help with some complications I was having for a chronic condition that I usually see a specialist for. But the nurse and doctor at the urgent care were still very helpful and informative, even referred me to a new specialist that could help me even more, and were able to prescribe some medication to make it through until I could see my regular doctor. The wait was a little long even though I scheduled my appointment online, but that happens, and they also need to update their website because they do not offer IV fluids anymore. But otherwise, a 5/5 experience.

This is the Best urgent care in town. I received excellent care and I appreciated not having to navigate a computer when I did not feel well to begin with. Thank you so much for the personal touch and communication. You guys are awesome!!

Scheduled an appointment with Lake After Hours via MyChart and showed up 20 minutes prior to my appointment. When I walked in, the receptionist explained that it would be about a 45 minute wait to be seen. Now mind you, I understand healthcare gets backed up sometimes, but I waited for over an hour to seen after scheduling an appointment. Not really sure why it allows you to schedule an appointment when the appointment time isn’t honored in a timely manner.
