The front desk staff is truly wonderful. Helpful. They never leave me with a problem unsolved. They are thorough and very patient with me. The other dental staff is wonderful and helpful and understanding and kind. Unfortunately, Dr. Sharif totally turned deaf to my concerns and blamed me for following his care instructions. He then told me I was wrong and didn’t remember anything right. Dr. Sharif literally told me not to do something last appointment and then spent this appointment berating me for following his orders. I couldn’t talk or explain my side of anything without him cutting me off and telling me I’m in the wrong and that he didn’t like my tone. Fair; but what about his tone? Nope, he’s acting perfectly and I am in the wrong for feeling how I feel. Then he claims we’re on the

don’t get scammed! sadly I almost did, i wouldn’t recommend this dentist office to anyone. the front desk should seriously consider retraining their staff, especially Saul, on how to handle patient complaints. accidents happen, but sending paid bills to collections is a huge mistake in my opinion. when this happened to me, my concerns were not taken seriously. I question the behind-the-scenes of their billing system, and wouldn’t return based just on that. when I asked for an option to submit a complaint about my experience, I was not provided an easy / accessible way to do so. I am resorting to posting my experience here.

The only positive I can say is that they got me in quickly. The experiences both felt disorganized and like I was being taken advantage of. I wish things had been handled with more clarity and that the staff communicated better with each other. Not only did I get charged the wrong amount at two appointments, but the treatment I went in for wasn't what they performed. This is the second location I have tried because the first location handled everything the same way, luckily I didn't go through with my treatment at the first location because I definitely would not of went to the second location. When i told my dad about this he said they did the same thing to him.

The receptionist was friendly and welcoming when I arrived. Tiama, the assistant, was excellent and explained things clearly along the way. Dr. Joo made me feel comfortable during the cleaning and did a great job overall. A really professional and caring team. 5 stars! 👏

Worst experience, do not recommend if you want to avoid sitting in the waiting room for an hour after your appointment time all to have the front desk staff be extremely rude and refuse to provide proper assistance. Not only was she extremely rude and short tempered but overall unhelpful. The dentist was extremely nice and confirmed they would complete a cleaning during my visit which was about 1 1/2 hours just to get X-rays. Immediately after speaking with the dentist the front desk woman got upset after I asked for pricing and asked for her to verify with my insurance then suddenly there was no time for cleaning after she got upset.
