Lake Shore Primary Care West

I have made 2 different appointments with Jennifer, one for myself and one for my husband. They called the day of my husband's appointment and cancelled it, told him to go see an eye doctor! He had visited the ER and needed the appointment for follow up. My appointment was scheduled for tomorrow (Sept. 25), for a physical my insurance company wanted. Today, the nurse calls and cancels my appointment because I had a physical in April, 6 months ago. See another doctor, go somewhere else, find another provider! I have come to the conclusion that all this company wants is the money. I don't pay a deductible and neither does my husband, what do you think? FIND A DIFFERENT DOCTOR YOU WILL BE MUCH BETTER FOR IT 7/23/2020: Returned to this office to get a physical needed for insurance purposes. T

I'm pleased with the care my children and I receive here. My son has a different doctor than we do and we're all happy. The ladies at the reception desk are always soooo sweet. Going to the Dr used to be a huge stress factor for me. Not anymore. Thank you for all that you do!!

Completed my FNP primary care clinical rotation with Jennifer Scott, ARNP and her Primary Care West family. The staff is amazing. Jennifer is very knowledgeable and professional. As a student, I rarely asked her any questions because she is always teaching her patients. I’m sure at this point they can be nurse practitioners too. Dr. Ukaegbu and his staff are the most rude and unprofessional people I've ever had to deal with in the health care field.. from my husband getting a very scary, and thankfully incorrect, diagnosis over the phone from a nurse, being told to go to the ER immediately, only to be told there that the diagnosis was blown out of proportion and we should have simply had a follow up appointment with Dr. Ukaegbu for more tests, to his staff being completely unhelpful after the fact. It took multiple phone calls from my husband and finally me becoming frustrated and having to call to even get the doctor on the phone. Unfortunately he was only interested in arguing, talking over me, and degrading the ER doctors. I can only assume Dr. Ukeagbu's ego must be astronomical and he cannot handle being cha

Dr. Reyes is awesome! There aren't many doctors that will take the time to listen to your symptoms and your fears and then explain everything to you. I vote Dr. Reyes as Best Doctor ever.
