Great experience!! The staff is so professional and kind — I was really impressed. Went in for X-rays and a cleaning, and everything was handled smoothly and with genuine care. From the moment I walked into the clean waiting area, I felt welcomed and at ease. The team explained each step clearly (especially with the X-rays — super quick and painless), and Dr. Nancy was gentle, thorough, and actually made the cleaning feel relaxing instead of stressful. My teeth have never felt so fresh and smooth afterward! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality dental care with a friendly, professional vibe. I’ll definitely be back for my next visit! 😁

Dr Bic And Dr Baker are some of the most amazing dentist that I have ever had. They work with you and your life. They are Dentist with hearts and morals and ethics I love them and the office

They need a new receptionist, called to try to make an appoint and get immediately asked “what’s your issue” with a very nasty attitude Tried asking about getting my teeth filled in and lady was just out right rude calling me stupid cause I need an appointment like I didn’t know that Whole point of me calling was to let you know I wanted an apt to see about this issue the heck—????

Simply THE BEST!!! I have been going to Lake Shore Dental Care for many years. The entire staff has been consistently kind and personable. Dr. Nancy is simply one of the most caring people I have ever met. She is honest in her assessments and allows me to move at my own comfort level. She always has a kind word. And she remembers personal details about me. Martha (at the front desk) calls me with reminders and updates to appointments and care. She is wonderful!!! I could not think of anyone else to be the welcoming force that she is when you walk into the office. She is full of warmth and kindness. And Jasmine (dental assistant) is just as kind as Martha and Dr. Nancy. We always have nice conversation during my time with her. She is one of the sweetest human beings ever. She
