Lake Pine Oral Surgery

Went here to get my wisdom teeth pulled. I had a bad experience at a previous place. The people here are extremely nice, and the process was very easy. They also charged me half the cost with anesthesia. I am someone with really high dental anxiety, and they know how to accommodate for that 100 percent I’m still recovering in bed but I feel so much better not dealing to deal with pericoronitis anymore. This was definitely life changing, and I highly recommend them. EDIT: Unfortunately I got dry socket, however they were extremely gentle with the cleaning and helped with the side that needed it immediately. Still would highly recommend I’m editing this again: they had reached out to see if I needed a new dressing. I asked for Friday, but the pain got so bad that I called back right away.

Lake Pine Oral Surgery did an amazing job with my son today. All of them were so kind and nice to my anxious kid. From the 1st appointment to the day of surgery, everyone was so friendly and helpful. They talked to my son and did step by step to help calm him. After surgery, they really do care about their patient’s. They took time making sure my son was okay and even followed up with us hours later making sure he was ok. Highly recommend!!!

Everyone we worked with was fantastic! We had a full understanding of what the surgery was going to entail, communication was timely, and staff was so nice. The after care nurse was so sweet- took plenty of time to make sure all of our questions were answered and we were set up for a good recovery. Would recommend to anyone needed oral surgery!

Dr. Waack and his close assistant Nicky seem to treat their patients based on how they feel personally about them because I was handled coldly and Dr. Waack shockingly used SARCASM with me. My tooth extraction left behind part of the tooth down deep near a nerve, causing me unspeakable pain and suffering. This dainty, arrogant, pathetic excuse for a physician let me down horribly when I trusted him to help me. To end this nightmare, I had to go to a new, more competent surgeon to correct the BOTCHED SURGERY performed at Pine Lake Oral Surgery.

Such an amazing staff. Dr. Waack was so thorough and kind. Nikki was so bubbly and so helpful. She was awesome and made us feel so comfortable and at ease.
