they have a cute selection of over priced Amazon junk to look at while you’re waiting for your prescription to be filled for 20 minutes, even if you call the day before to make sure they got the script and tell them you’ll be there in the morning you won’t be able to get your 5 pills in a timely fashion. Also very rude techs who don’t care about working people who have places to be during the working day.

How does a business actually run if you consistently lie to your customers? 3rd time this week I have called in and waited longer than recommended only to go in and be told it has not been started yet. If your policy is to only fill prescriptions once the person is there to pick them up, you need to state that clearly and stop wasting everyones time. Be better for our community and your paying customers.

While the business is close it does not service the real community. Lake pharmacy opens at 10a and closes at 5p M-F. Really. Very inconvenient for working people. They could at the least be open on Saturdays. I have had to make several trips, and still waited for my Rx. An early morning doctor appointment means I have to go out again to pick up Rx. A late doctor appointment means next day trip to Rx and wait time! I have completed their Service questionnaire many times but nothing has changed.

Terrible. One star because you can't give zero. While the folks are nice enough, so much is lacking here. Example: Dr's office called in husbands Rx. I went to pick it up. Was told: I see the Rx here, do you want us to fill it? Umm... yes? That's why it was called into this location. Example: Needed a pain med Rx filled prior to surgery: was told they couldn't bill my insurance, unclear on why that was. Was told if I needed a refill I should go to a different pharmacy. Example: had an antibiotic pre-med called in, was out of town and unable to pick up right away. I called to say I could pick it up on Friday, as their hours don't allow me to pick it up any other day. Was told, nope, they wouldn't hold it. Mind you, this was on a Tuesday. Had to make arrangements to have it picked up by s
