Always really nice and AMAZING staff! My medication is ALWAYS ready when they say it will be AND they give me a courtesy call to let me know when I have a prescription ready. I highly recommend them over anywhere else!

Used to be much better, now they're just unprofessional. The tellers were all gossiping about their boss saying they don't get off their ass to fill prescriptions and they loudly announced that my niece was waiting on psych meds. Might just switch to Walmart pharmacy.

While Lake Pharmacy staff has always been polite and professional, the pharmacy’s inability to consistently provide the medications prescribed by my doctor has been a major letdown. Despite numerous assurances that my medications had been ordered, I faced repeated delays and lengthy waits and one medication never arrived at all. (I waited nine months.) When I voiced my concerns, I was informed that budget constraints limited the pharmacy’s ability to procure the necessary medications. I am someone who relies on these medications to manage my health conditions, so this lack of reliability is simply unacceptable. I have been forced to switch to a pharmacy that can reliably supply the medications I need. I can’t recommend Lake Pharmacy to others until they address this issue and ensure

As a disabled veteran with a walker, one of their kind service people went the extra mile to help me in and out of the door and to fill my prescription quickly, I was so moved I tried to give her a gratuity which she refused. God bless you sweet lady,
