Matt is absolutely amazing! He helped me resolve my daughter’s prescription issue quickly and efficiently, and I truly appreciated how timely everything was handled. He has such a wonderful attitude and a warm, welcoming personality. He honestly makes coming to Lake Pediatrics a joy every time. I love this office, and Matt at the front desk is a big reason why. I recently moved to the area and decided to take my 18 month old here as a new patient, and the quality of care was terrible compared to other pediatric practices my son has been to. We have never had issues with his prior doctors, so this experience was especially disappointing. At Lake Pediatrics, I was told my son was “delayed” on milestones, but when I asked exactly which milestones, the nurse practitioner could not clearly explain anything beyond reading off a paper. That is unacceptable when discussing a child’s development. The nurse practitioner we saw, Kelli Grady, did not seem knowledgeable or confident in her assessment. She relied on a checklist and struggled to answer basic questions without referring back to it, which did not inspire any trust in the care my son was receivi

I absolutely love Dr Carlson, he diagnosed my daughter and took the time to learn with her and teach my husband and I how to deal with her diagnosis with patients and love. As hard as it was he sat told us how when why. He is amazing and we wouldn’t trade him for the world! His nurse is just as well the best. She laughs and understands what is parents are going through. And they don’t judge at all, works with us to get through it all!

I absolutely love Dr. Kay and team! They always help us feel at ease and welcome ! Claudette is always so nice when I call too (with 4 kids I'm there a lot lol) they are always so accommodating and do their best to help my girls feel better ! Matt is always so kind and friendly when we come in for the evening appointments (which are very convenient btw with my work schedule 🥰) he always makes sure my babies have their notes and lollipops at the end too 😊 I have been coming there almost 15 years and I feel like part of the family ❤️

Super great service and attitudes every visit. we brought our daughter in for a sick visit today and Matt greeted us with a smile and he is always so patient and kind to our daughter. We love lake Pediatrics!
