Been going to Dr. Rickman since we moved here as Military members. It is always hard to find new providers when you have to move a lot due Military employment. Dr. Rickman’s office was very welcoming when I arrived on my first visit. Dr. Rickman, and his other providers are Outstanding they truly care about your concerns and address any and all questions you might have. The office staff is Wonderful too, polite and always willing to help. Thank you so much for all you do!!

Dr. Rickman has been my primary care physician since he left moody. I love the way that he has always taken care of me. I had a tia in April 14th 2013 he took care of me like family. Thru his care and concern my two daughters were very happy with the care that he gave me personally. My oldest made him her pcp up until she pasted away in 2018. He was so compassionate when she passed. Yes I have and still will recommend him to others. He hasn't changed and he will put his patients first that's why he is always crowded. He is a great physician.

Trying to get ahold of anyone for a prescription to be acknowledged & approved for the pharmacy to refill blood pressure meds. Have waited 3 days for a call back. & no one knows how to answer the phone at the office.

Big change in this office since sold to SGMC! Went yesterday bringing sick granddaughter to office at 9:30. Place is packed. Inquired at reception how long estimated… girl said 5 patients ahead of me. She asked if I would like to make an appointment. I said yes please. Made appointment for 2:50pm that same day. So got there at 2:40pm. Place was packed. Checked in at reception. Asked if my 2:50 appointment would be honored because they looked so busy. Woman shrugged and said she didn’t know because so many there so probably not. I asked then why did she make me an appointment and what was the point if they don’t honor the appointments over walk ins… she shrugged and said said I would have to talk to someone else about that. Don’t care attitude evident. Have been coming here for 4

Since they have been under SGMC you can tell a change . I've left voicemails to not get a call back . Call during business hours just for it to go to the voicemail . Definitely sad to see such a good team go so down hill . I used to love Rickmans office but now am debating moving primary doctors.
