Lake Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

We were referred to this office by our children’s dentist. During our visit, we were strongly pushed to proceed with a CT scan, actually we were point blank told was required in order for the doctor to move forward with surgery or even PROVIDE US A QUOTE. The scan required a $250 out-of-pocket payment. We were also informed that this “fee” would only be due if we decided to proceed with scheduling the surgery. At the conclusion of the appointment, we were then told the surgery could not actually be performed at this location because anesthesia would be required, and anesthesia services were not available in their office. We were advised that the procedure would need to be completed at a different location, which would involve additional out-of-pocket expenses that they couldn’t answer any

Excellent dental care. Professional in every sense of the word Staff was caring, all procedures were explained in full. Dr.Bell did an outstanding job removing 2 crowned back molars. I was and out of the office in one hour.. I would highly recommend this office!!

I was very nervous walking through the door but when the lady at the front desk looked up said good morning are you Tina ( My dentist called ahead and they were waiting on me) and her smile took some of the nervousness away.. after the papers were filled out another lady came and got me with the same calming about her and a smile on her face. then the Dr. Bell came in and third time just as nice. he talked to you not at or through you, was gentle . I was extremely impressed with the environment, professionalism. personality cleanliness I would highly recommend recommend them!

I had dental surgery here a couple of months ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was super friendly, the oral surgeon made me feel comfortable the whole time, and everything went smoothly. They really care about their patients and follow up to make sure you’re healing well. Highly recommend this office... they’re amazing

Dr Azizzi was awesome! His staff is very professional and attentive. I've had bad experiences in the past with extractions. The entire procedure was completely painless. Post op instructions were clear and easy to follow. I would recommend this practice to family and friends.
