Lake Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

I was extremely nervous about my teenage daughter getting premolars and wisdom teeth removed, especially under sedation. But, Dr. Azizi and his team eased my fears and did an amazing job with her! Dr Azizi came right out after she woke up from sedation and sat beside me and eased my fears explaining everything went successful and my daughter was doing great! Then the nurse took me back to see my daughter a few minutes later and explained all recovery instructions, thoroughly. I saw my daughter and she was in no pain and was awake, relaxed and in her normal sweet state. Upon taking her home my daughter had a minor issue. Prior to leaving I was given Dr Azizi personal cell phone number in case emergency after hours. I called Dr Azizi that night and he called me right back that night and help

Outstanding Experience at Lake Oral Surgery!!! I had an absolutely amazing experience at Lake Oral Surgery in Lake Mary. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff made me feel comfortable, cared for, and completely at ease. Everyone was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. They truly go above and beyond for their patients. The surgeon was exceptional, knowledgeable, gentle, and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. The procedure went perfectly, and their attention to detail and follow up care showed how much they genuinely care about their patients’ comfort and recovery. It is rare to find a place that combines such skill with true compassion, but Lake Oral Surgery does exactly that. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed today. Everything went well and we were in and out quickly. She’s doing good at home. Everything was throughly explained by Theresa and she was great! Overall good experience. Would recommend

Good morning first of all I want to tell you everything was fast and light the furious everybody is amazing and I've got I'm not going to even tell you about Ms Vanessa she got my boy right her and the staff they are great access to this company they went above and beyond to make sure my little Austin was taking care of I'm very grateful it's been a long time waiting and I'm so glad I got this tooth pulling out the way keep up the great work ladies if I left anyone out I apologize but you all are amazing and to the dentist you're just a superstar thank you happy holidays to you all peace out

I came here to get all 4 of my wisdom out and from the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind and professional. Vanessa brought me in to the operating room and made sure I was comfortable since I was nervous. She was amazing! Dr. Bell was great!! The entire process was quick and easy. I had no issues afterwards. I would definitely recommend this place.
