What a great experience I had here with Dr. Patel and his entire staff. Every single staff member that I interacted with was courteous, professional and genuinely cared about my experience. The initial phone call to set up an appointment was a breeze and the person who made my appointment was friendly and accommodating to my schedule. When I arrived at their office, I was met by a smiling and welcoming front desk staff. When it was time to go back for my appointment the medical staff were equally professional and welcoming. Every single interaction left me feeling like they truly cared about my medical needs and they were definitely some of the most courteous staff I have ever encountered at a doctors office. I had a great experience as I normally do. Everything went very timely and all the staff are professional and friendly. A special mention to Cristina who demonstrated how important eye lubricants are to clear vision. I was under a misconception for many years. I thought they were just for comfort. Now I know. Dr. Patel then explained how they work. An educational experience on top of the eye exam. Fantastic!

Dr. Patel is the BEST! And I know because he is my FOURTH Ophthalmologist that I have gone to in the last 5 years. I have a unique situation which he has handled with aplomb. He knows his stuff! His office does not make you sit and wait all day like some do. I have never had a complete visit that lasted over an hour. His office is clean and well equipped. He also LISTENS! Which seems to be an issue with some doctors. I recommend this office and Dr. Patel to everyone. It does not matter what your issue is he will handle it. Stop looking because this is where you want to go.

This was my first visit, In front desk the staff was very humble & polite with warm welcome. The Doctor Assistant who took me for my eyes test on different machines, he performs with very care, he was very cooperative and on each step before doing any test guide very well,He take care very well. When I met with Doctor Chirag Patel, he was very humble, soft spoken , well knowledgeable and told me about my eyes condition in detail. Alhamdulillah my eyesight was fine , pressure was in normal range , no sign of Cataract and I don’t need any further test as everything was normal. Only my eyes were dry. Overall I was very satisfied with this Ophthalmology clinic staff and Doctor

Everyone from the moment you are greeted at the front desk where you are greeted with a smile, until you see the doctor are kind and very professional. Helen my technician was great!!! Everyone including Dr Patel who assured me that I will be well taken care of and that I'm in good hands and I truly believe that I am. Even though its 45 minutes away from home I will gladly drive to Lake Nona Opthomology from now on. I am so thankful that I found this place. Thank you!
