Misleading Advertising & Predatory Upselling — Not an Isolated Case After reading other negative reviews, it’s clear this is not a one-off experience. The practices here feel more like a car dealership upsell than a dental office. I scheduled based on a $1 new-patient exam offer that was verbally confirmed during a recorded call and stated to include the exam, X-ray, and evaluation (no cleaning). I even reconfirmed before hanging up. I took time off work and showed up, only to be told they could not honor it because the call came from an “out-of-state service.” They admitted calls are recorded but refused to retrieve the recording, even after I provided the date and time. Really good location — the place is nice, clean, and welcoming. Everyone was super friendly, and the doctors took the time to explain everything in detail, which I really appreciated. They also have some of the best equipment I’ve ever seen (including a 3D scanner), which I thought was really cool. Dr. Brooks was very kind and helpful during my visit. Highly recommend!

I am "wowed" with this practice! I have never encountered anything like it! It was not just an appointment, they made it an uplifting experience. The office is beautiful! The staff is professional yet caring, kind and personable. Thanks to the entire team for caring and for resolving this. I would strongly advise others to be cautious with this office. As someone who understands health and dental insurance, I noticed several red flags during my visit earlier this year. I went in for routine dental work but was quickly given an unsolicited Invisalign sales pitch, despite never having needed braces and being told by two other dentists that my teeth were already in great shape. It also seemed they may receive a kickback or incentive for promoting Invisalign, which made the recommendation feel more like a sales tactic than genuine medical advice.
