It’s true that Invisalign involves some fuss (daily tray cleaning, brushing around bumpy attachments, etc.) But Lake Minnetonka Ortho’s stellar oversight of the entire Invisalign process made wearing adult braces nearly enjoyable! My office appointments were consistently on-time, filled with precise updates and clear instructions on “what’s next”. Dr. Tiziani & staff are all so well-versed on the nuances of Invisalign, and I really felt that expertise being leveraged throughout my 18-month customized treatment plan. Plus, this is a happy office, filled with people who noticeably enjoy their jobs; and those good vibes cascaded to my patient experience. Heartily recommend!

I've spoken with Sophie several times for scheduling appointments, including rescheduling upcoming appointments. She's been kind and understanding in every interaction. Recently, there was an issue with my dental insurance and Daron worked incredibly hard to get it resolved. She spent months going back and forth with them to get out claims paid.
