Dr. B is great. I have seen her on days when I instantly needed treatment because of my neck. Christina and the rest of the staff, I have never had issues with. However, my issue stems from Victoria, who has been completely unprofessional and continues to do so. She has quite literally, spoken to my insurance company without me knowing and informed me of a back dated payment of over $200 and failed to communicate this to me in a timely manner. She has told me that "we" as in Lake Meridian, would do better so this would not happen again. Well, it has happened again, where I was told my copay would be $15 but my deductible was not met and I now owe another balance. THIS HAS BEEN LIFE-CHANGING FOR ME! I first came to Lake Meridian Chiropractic around 4 or 5 years ago. I brought my family for adjustments. Dr. Saggau noticed I was not getting treatment. She suggested that I get evaluated, so I did. I am SO glad I followed her advice. Right after my first adjustment, I felt a surge of blood flow down my right arm. It was so overwhelming that I was in tears. My neck pressure was gone! What I found out was that my neck was extremely out of alignment. I was used to the constant pressure that I felt so it seemed normal to me. After that first adjustment, I realized how much was wrong with my neck and other parts of my body. I'm so thankful I found Lake Meridian Chiropractic. They have completely fixed my neck issues. I had very limited range of motion and quite a bit of pain. Now, just one month later, I have all of my range of motion back and the pain is gone. And, the best part is that they don't use the typical "neck twisting" treatment, which always made me tense up prior to the procedure. I don’t know what I would have done if I had not found them! They relieved my pain in less than a month. I noticed a huge difference within days. They were my last resort after so many doctors visits and bills and doctors not finding anything wrong with me. If you are feeling unbearable pain please go to them, they are truly amazing and staff is kind and professional. When I started, my pain level was a 10+. I couldn’t sleep, enjoy life, and in constant wonder of what was wrong with me. There were so many things I was beginning to lack on because of my pain. I am happy to now say I am pain free, thank you so much for all that you have done for me. I will forever be thankful ❤️

Genuinely love the atmosphere and the attentiveness. I’ve seen many doctors and many chiropractors and I’ve never felt so comfortable. Started less than a month ago and I already notice a significant difference in my migraines and neck/ back pain. Couldn’t recommend this location and team more.
