My 6 yo was referred here for fillings and we had a great experience. Scheduling was very easy and they were able to minimize the number of visits we had. The doctor and tech made him SO comfortable and were both so kind. When something bothered him - they LISTENED and quickly addressed it completely. I also had an issue with my FSA card and the staff were so patient with me. Thank you so much for making his experience easy.

My daughter was a patient here. While we had a great experience with Dr. white, unfortunately we’ve had a horrendous experience with his front office staff. Although I’ve had many issues, the straw that broke the camels back occurred when one of my daughter’s crowns fell off. I was on the phone back and forth with the front desk about this issue atleast three different times using my phone number that is on all of the paperwork as the main number. When they heard back from the dentist, they proceeded to call her dad at work (the back up phone number) and I didn’t receive the Information for several days. If they can’t even call the correct phone number, I’d hate to see the number of HIPAA violations going on here. Upon coming in for them to re-cement her crown, I was asked to pay $73! Over

Dr.White is great. Front office that answers the phones are extremely rude. They are in a hurry to rush off the phone and don’t say bye or have a good day- they just hang up. You also have to put $100 deposit for an appointment that goes towards your bill. Outrageous.

Instead of exercising professional judgment or even basic courtesy, the front office flatly refused to review existing diagnostic records and insisted on duplicating imaging solely due to internal policy—not medical necessity. When I attempted to discuss this rationally, the staff member was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional, demonstrating a concerning lack of understanding of patient-centered care. As someone who works in a regulated profession where documentation, standards of care, and avoidance of unnecessary procedures matter, I find this approach troubling—especially in a pediatric setting, where minimizing unnecessary radiation exposure should be a priority, not an afterthought.

Not impressed with this dental office. They make it very clear that they are out of network for ALL insurance, but told me they would let me know what I would owe before I came in. I received a text that specifically said I would owe $0. It wasn't until a week after the visit, when I received a bill for over $300 that they told me my insurance didn't actually give them a quote and said to file first. This is a big miscommunication on their part. Do not send the text with a $0 quote if you DO NOT HAVE A QUOTE. Besides that, the hygienist and dentist insisted on doing a FULL cleaning on a barely 1 year old patient. That "they just have to be held down" at this age.
