I am so glad we came to Lake Mary Gentle Dentistry! Shauna was amazing on the phone from the first call and made an appointment for my son with ease. Both she and Leslie are very warm and funny too, in the front office area. Then our experience with Dr Mike Gagaoudakis was very professional. As a mom I appreciated how he worked with my 15 year old son. He was attentive and spent time with my son explaining what his treatment plan will be, and also how to precede forward with his dental care. Even lifestyle approach like more hydration, limiting sugars, which products to use on the market and which ones to avoid. I feel he can reach a teenager in his approach and help them feel comfortable and educated. I actually have 4 kids, and myself that we are now switching to this practice for all of

For implants, the tooth they determined sound, was not. Instead of starting with a bad tooth, they started with a perfectly good one. I trusted them as Professionals and now I am suffering for it. They gave very little insight as to what was to take place then and in the future. I will try another location. Now I will have to pick up and fix what they destroyed. Just wanted honesty and Professionalism.

Long waits and the care given was subpar. Cleaning dentist is nice but during a cleaning she accidentally spilled toothpaste in my right eye. Then she gave me eye protection. Overall this place is not good! Go somewhere else!!!!
