Their billing practices are unethical and they should ne reported to the board. They over charge for services, don't disclose up front costs and overbill.

I was referred to this office for special tooth cleaning from my dentist. The Dr was professional, kind, explained everything, successful. The admin staff was extremely kind and helpful before, during, and after. The in room assistant was friendly and experienced. I went 1 time for analysis, 2 times for 2 parts of a procedure. They also called me just to see how I was doing a few days after. They tried to maximize as much as they could with my benefits provider. Clean place, nice waiting room, etc. I'm writing this because they were so awesome.

I am surprised to see only 1 review of this establishment and Doctor, and moreover that it is 7 years old and negative, so I wanted to share my experience. My general dentist conducted a crown prep on 2 of my teeth, and one of them started aching. She suggested hastily that I should have a root canal and wanted to perform it immediately. I desired a second opinion so I visited Lake Mary Endodontics and had a consult with Dr. Caissie. The office was clean and modern, and everyone was friendly and helpful from the front desk to the assistant in the exam room. Once Dr. Caissie entered he had a great "bedside" manner, and truly made me feel that he understands that having/possibly needing a root canal is a stressful experience for those of us who haven't had one before. I was referred to Dr. Caissie by my dentist because it was a difficult case. Dr. Caissie explained my case in great detail and was very thorough. He and his staff are very professional. Highly recommended. Oh, and my implant turned out well with no problems.

My dentist referred me to Dr Caissie to internally whiten one of my front teeth. It was a quick procedure and my tooth looks 100% better. It no longer stands out in photos. Thanks Dr Caissie and team!
