I have been a patient at this office for several years and the dentist herself has always been kind and professional. Unfortunately, my experience during my most recent visit was extremely frustrating and concerning. The office manager called me the day before my appointment to verify my insurance benefits. She took my insurance ID number and told me that I was “good to go.” When I arrived the next day, I checked in and was brought back for X-rays. After waiting for about 30 minutes and even having numbing gel placed in preparation for fillings, the office manager suddenly came in with a bill for nearly $900. She explained that my insurance would not cover the fillings until July 1. This was very upsetting because the office had already verified my insurance the day before and had taken

The office here at Lake Mary is the best dental experience I’ve ever had. From the ladies at the front desk—my favorites, Twe and Nicole—to the hygienists and doctors, everyone is fantastic. I have very sensitive teeth, so they always numb me up and are incredibly gentle. Going here is genuinely a good time; it feels like hanging out with good friends. Jokes are cracked and laughs are had, all while they truly look out for my well-being and dental health. Thank you—see you in six months. I might even get a cavity just so I can come back sooner.
