Lake Joy Dental Care

UPDATE—-> Since I posted this, I have called at least a dozen times and texted just as many. Guess what? NO RESPONSE!!!! <—— I am yet ANOTHER patient who has seen this practice do a complete 180* in the last 18 months. Nobody answers the phone, returns voicemails, or responds to texts that they encourage you to do. They treated me this year and quoted my my “portion” to be several thousand dollars. At no time did they inform me that they were now NOT in-network. Never going back. I would give zero stars if it was available. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Just called and was able to get a same day cleaning appointment. God is good. I've been coming to Lake Joy Dental Care for at least 5 years now. They are amazing and the staff are always extremely nice. I love my Invisalign treatment as well. If you're new to the town how I was years ago and seek dental care, Lake Joy Dental Care is the place to be. 10/10 highly recommend. Honest review.

4 Years Ago I gave this Office 5 Stars and Raved about their professional staff and business practices. This is my current edited reviews of Lake Joy Dental....I have seen this place go from being my favorite Dentist office to one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I typically visit the office about every 6 weeks, as I wear Invisalign. A quick 10 minute appointment to check the old trays, give me new ones and I'm out the door. In the last year and half they have gone from short wait times for scheduled appointments, to waiting for 30 mins to an 1 hour to be called back. If you call the office to reschedule an appointment, you get a voice answering service. Most times they wont return your call until the following week. I had a wonderful experience here at Lake joy dental they staff were amazing and friendly answered all my questions and done an incredible job on my Temporary and Permanent crown never had any problems with the temporary crown and now have the permanent one on and it feels and looks outstanding!! Thank you to everyone there involved in my dental care your kindness and caring is very much appreciated Have a blessed and wonderful year!

I don't usually complain about businesses went to get my teeth cleaned took some X-rays and examined my teeth refused to give me my free cleaning for the year said that they only do deep cleaning for my teeth issues I have good teeth no bleeding no swelling they refused to give me just the basic cleaning stating that my teeth were so bad that I definitely need a deep cleaning this was before anything else then they asked told me I was not a good fit for their business so I would have to leave. Not a good fit. Just because I would not comply to their wishes and having to pay a $200 deep cleaning fee and they could have went ahead and just give me my basic cleaning and they would have had my business for the rest of the work I wanted done Sorry Charlie so I would advise everyone not to go to
