Lake Eye Associates - Leesburg

Dr. Vasquez is AMAZING! The day before Christmas Eve, a glass bottle shattered and hit my eye. It was 10 minutes before closing, and he told me to come in. Not many places would do that. I was so incredibly thankful. He was able to flush out my eye and sent in a prescription for eye drops. He went above and beyond to make sure his patient was taken care of. He is not only a fantastic doctor, but he is also a compassionate human being. I am so grateful. I HIGHLY recommend him.

I was very impressed with the associate Emily who scheduled my appointment, she was very helpful and pleasant. She was able to get me in the next day in to the Leesburg office . The staff and doctor were all great.

They were punctual and professional. I liked the Leesburg facility a bit more than Spanish Springs. Dr Vasquez is always amazing, and provides alot of feedback.

The staff and the doctor are terrific. I called to get an appointment for a new contact exam. I was dilated and examined and then was told that I had to come back tomorrow and be re dilated for a contact exam. The service that made my appointment didn't relay why I was coming in. Very unhappy!!!

Confirmed acceptance of my insurance when scheduling appt. Eye exam was thorough and well done. Error in claim submission. Insurer advised resubmission under vision coverage. Billing clerk refused to resubmit as requested by my insurer, leaving me with a substantial account balance. Highly disappointed and will be finding a different provider for my next annual eye exam.
