Lake Country Pediatrics, S.C. - Delafield Pediatrics

Having come from Tosa Pediatrics I was really hopeful for a similar kindness and quality of care. The reception at the Delafield location is very rude. You are spoken to like you are an inconvenience. Which is especially hard when you have sick kids in tow. We stayed here for months in hope that my first experience was abnormal or someone was having an off day. Unfortunately it was the norm. Sad to see such poor service in such a wonderful community. We have switched to Delafield Pediatrics- Children's Wisconsin. Thrilled with the level of care but also with how diligent and kind their reception team has been.

Dr. Colella is the only reason we have stayed at this location for our children. She is amazing! But now that she is leaving we will be too. Their scheduling over the phone is a mess (seems there is never enough staff and I am always placed on hold as soon as they finally answer). Also, we have been billed for a full office visit when my son went for just a flu shot, which took 6 months to clear up. This place is constantly giving me a headache.

Dr Kolp-Jurss and the nurse ladies are very patient and friendly! The visit for our son’s 4 month appointment today is super great. We are foreigners here but their kindness makes us feel like home. Very comfortable and quiet environment.

Not interested at all with how they do things, been going since my daughter was a newborn she is now almost 2. They need to make it more child friendly. Older Receptionist needs to be more friendly and inviting. Will not recommend this place to anyone, will not be returning.

Took the kid in on a Friday. He had been vomiting, coughing with a fever and congested. Appeared like the flu. Dr. gives him a Covid test that takes two days and sends him home without so much as a prescription. We gave him a Covid Test that took 15 minutes. Poor use of time & $, these Dr's are Covid nuts. They call back on Monday left a message saying yay the Covid test come back negative. They did absolutely NOTHING. If this is the definition of good care: good lord, we are all in trouble.
